I wanted to take a moment to write you and thank you for the top quality barn that you built for me. I looked at six different builders when considering the construction of my barn and I selected you for three reasons:

1. Moderate Cost - I wasn't looking for the lowest price builder, however, I had a budget to stick to and needed someone who would fit in that range. Of the six I looked at, you were situated in the middle of the price range and within my budget.

2. Quality of Construction - Based on the photos and references I reviewed, it appeared that you were a top quality builder. I discussed your reputation with some of your competitors, and was pleased to see that even they spoke highly of your quality.

3. Speed of Construction - I needed a builder who could build me barn in a relatively short time frame, since my home in Cincinnati, Ohio was sold, and my family and horses were relocating on January 15. I was not going to receive my permit for the barn until December 27. I was requesting you to build a 128' x 48' barn in about a three week time frame, right in the middle of the holiday season.

I am pleased to say you exceeded my expectations in all three areas. I was so happy that all the costs were billed to me exactly as estimated. There were no surprises in the final invoices. Your change management process was complete and professional. All change requests that I made were discussed, estimated, signed and billed as estimated. There were never any money issues between us and the construction of our barn. This is almost unheard of in today's day and age.

The quality is way above what I expected. There was so much attention paid to every detail. The insulated tack room and insulated water tank room are virtually air tight, and the craftsmanship is top notch. Everyone who sees our barn comments on the beauty of it, right on down to the beauty of the tongue-n-groove stalls with the stall grills that match the hunter green trim of the barn.

Regarding the speed of construction, I knew that my request was almost impossible, but you said you would give it your best. You and your crew were always at my site when you said you would be, and the progress was phenomenal. I never once had to call and complain about someone not showing up. This was so wonderful, given all the other things I was worrying about during my family relocation. Even though the final construction was completed two weeks past the arrival of my 18 horses, you had prioritized the construction so that the stalls were actually usable only one week past my initial request for a January 15th completion. Given the mild weather we were having, there was virtually no impact to me by going two weeks past the requested date. This was never a date that you had committed to. You were always clear to me that you would give it your best effort, and I am more than satisfied that I got your best effort. I was completely impressed.
